At F8 Conference, Facebook’s Vice President of Messenger David Marcus said the ability to browse bots gives Messenger a chance to become “the yellow pages of messaging.” There are more than 100,000 monthly active Facebook Messenger bots out there right now hoping to reach the more than 1.2 billion monthly active users on the messaging platform. Discover will make it easier to find bots sure, but the feature seems to be more about re-emphasizing the chatbots medium. Discover lets people search for their favorite businesses, or look through categories and see which bots are popular at the moment. The Messenger home screen also now contains a section dedicated to bots, bots, search tools and popular experiences. Bots certainly have a potential bug in many cases, they appear to lack the intelligence part. It is good to hope to conduct your business through Facebook Messenger, via chats, However, when things come down to Real-life, it is not as easy as it sounds, Humans sometimes have trouble resolving customer queries over chat, so it is likely that so will chatbots. The whole idea is to make the experience of shopping or availing services easier for the humans at the other end. Easier than going to a website, or an app to obtain the same results. Let’s hope the bots available through Discover will be able to perform their tasks better this time around. So, Guys what do you think of this Facebook bots? show your response in the comment section.
